Witness Requirements

Certain documents (such as wills, powers of attorney, and medical directives) may require witnesses in addition to notarization.

  • Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to provide the required witnesses.

  • Notary Notebook Policy: Witnesses may be requested in advance; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

  • Additional Fees: A $20 fee (per witness) will apply if Notary Notebook provides witnesses. Based on availability.

  • All witnesses must present valid ID.
