Appointment Preparation

Submitting a request does not confirm your appointment. A non-refundable $15 scheduling fee is required to hold your time and will be applied toward your total. For mobile appointments, a $40 travel fee applies. Payments may be made via Square, Cash App, or Apple Pay. An invoice will be sent after your request, and your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.

✅ Before Your Appointment Checklist

To ensure a smooth notarization, please review this checklist before your scheduled appointment:

• 🔲 Bring a valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, state ID, military ID, or green card).

• 🔲 Ensure your document is complete but unsigned. Do not sign until in the presence of the notary.

• 🔲 Confirm witness requirements. If witnesses are needed, arrange for them to attend.

• 🔲 Be prepared to pay fees. A non-refundable scheduling fee applies to all appointments. Mobile services include an additional travel fee. Payments accepted via Square, Cash App, or Apple Pay.

• 🔲 Arrive on time (or be prepared when the notary arrives). Delays may result in rescheduling.

• 🔲 Have a quiet, appropriate space for your notarization (especially for RON or in-person signings).
